- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I would like to speak with a reasonable person about my current situation. My Mother and I have been in "Trial Modification" since 2010. I do not want to start legal proceedings unless absolutely necessary. I am financially able to pay the modified payment or the original payment. I would appreciate a response from a representative of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. This has gone on long enough. This can be settled by simply finalizing some form of modification and accepting payments again.
