- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this credit union. Friendly staff, good service, and open until 7p.m. Whats not to love?!?! I read through the earlier reviews, and can honestly say I have not experienced any of the negative service others claim. Just goes to show, most people only post reviews after a bad experience. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They held two fees before I even finished my application. I hadn't even entered my current account info before they were able to access my account and put two fees on hold. They called me and let me a voicemail with a totally different name and account details. I went to the branch twice before I was able to get through to someone on the phone and everyone gave me different answers. I am now a member and I will give them another chance but opening this account was very stressful and the only reason I didn't go elsewhere is because they had already ran my credit.By Danielle Sanchez, August 10, 2017
