- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆You can NEVER speak with an actual person! Everything is automated. They send letters demanding money and threatening to file liens, but they will NOT respond to written appeals. Yet, they think they do a great job. This is the worst state agency ever.By Lori Rademacher, August 14, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called in to pay a what I owed. My total call time was only 15 minutes from start to finish. It was relatively easy to get through the computer prompts to a live representative. The representative was friendly and efficient. I greatly believe that how you treat them is indicative of how you may be treated. I started the call by asking the representative how he was doing this today. Even though I don't like having to pay this money, it is not the representatives fault and he deserved to be treated with respect. I see a LOT of negative reviews and I was very worried about how this call was going to go. But, it was pleasant and efficient.By Danielle Jones, July 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrific. The State of Oregon has done NOTHING to improve these ratings. They suck the life right out of you and then spit you out. You could owe them 100.00 bucks and the will attach your wages in a micro second but the minute you have a return coming to you, they take their sweet time. It has been 12 weeks. NOTHING!! Oh wait! Just spoke to "Ryan" very nice, but could only tell me to call back in 3 weeks if we still do not have the return.By Paige Shook, January 29, 2017
