- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Every time I have to contact them I am on hold for AT LEAST 20 mins before I even get to speak to someone and then I am usually placed back on a long hold. The conversation I had with member services was lost in archive and was never handled until I called again. This time in particular the gal I spoke to was very rude and didn't even apologize for the mix up. They make everything very hard to do and I would never ever recommend them to someone looking for a credit union or bank. DON'T BANK HERE!By Stephaine Walker, May 20, 2017
