  I have made sure that my entire family is covered by State Farm. The service we get at Bob's office is so above board that it puts other insurance office to shame. My children have all had the opportunity to file a claim with Bob and the process is actually pleasant. I love to go in the office just to visit and see what's new in the insurance world. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are covered in every aspect! I will never change my insurance agent.

  We have used Bob Cegon's office for years! I started with just car insurance, which has steadily been lowering in price for a phenomenal amount of coverage, and have added renters insurance and life insurance. Bob's staff is great, and we've grown close with all of them. They try and find every discount you can get, to give you the best deal on the highest coverage possible. My premiums are so low, I barely even notice them being taken out every month, but if something happens, I know I'm covered. They are super flexible and willing to meet and talk with you about anything, any time. Bob and I even once had a discussion on when I should start thinking about buying a house! They are a phenomenal team, and Bob is the best in the business. I see myself doing all my insurances I can through that office for a long long time.

  Eva of his office staff is INCREDIBLY nasty and hung up on me when I asked for Mr. Witt. Worse yet, I called back six times in a row and she'd keep hanging up on me. I then called Mr. Witt's associate and left a message for Mr. Witt to call me back on 6/4/15. The associate promised to inform Mr. Witt privately via email. It is now 21 days later and I never heard from him. That's unprofessional and disrespectful. If I'm ever in the market for any kind of insurance, I will avoid this office like the plague. I suggest you do the same.

  Bob is not only friendly and kind but is very good at advising you on the insurance you may or may not need. He and his staff are always professional and I have seen them go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients. If you want to KNOW you are getting the best service and products I highly recommend the Bob Cegon State Farm Team!
