    Had a very easy and pleasant experience. Just need some tax transcripts that I couldn't not access online for some reason. It was a few clicks of a button and the nice lady at the counter got me what I needed. No questions asked. Not sure why people have rated this place so low. Maybe they need to learn patients

    The biggest set of jerks and morons that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I gave them my date of birth social security number and everything else they needed to identify me with but because of the fact that I did not have the exact dollar amount of my tax refund they can't tell me anything whatsoever. Dumb ass m************ this is another area of government that President Trump needs to defund

    I have nothing against the IRS or anyone who works there. However, from a service point of view, I have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life. I understand the office probably deals with a lot of frustrated people but you can't treat others like absolute garbage for asking a very simple yes/no question. The woman who helped me seems like a very miserable person who could learn some basic manners.
