  Very disappointed in the service at this h&r block location and the people I got. The first lady was nice but made me think I was getting more money then I actually got and then the second lady I got did not inform me in full detail of the income tax credit I was to receive and the cost of the actual form to fill out to receive the income tax credit which brought up the h&r block fees tremendously. At first the fees were very low and then when the fees went up after agreeing on receiving the income tax credit she tells me that the fees are too high and she would be able to adjust it later on. Well, later on I call her to see if she would be able to adjust the fees like she said she would do then informs me that she cannot adjust it because of the form it costs to receive the income tax credit and the fees were the right amount that I had to pay. So basically she lied and did not inform me on some of the crucial information. I will not becoming back here next year and I wouldn't advise anyone to do their taxes at this location.
