    I called to find out about their basic checking accounts. I just asked what the minimum deposit would be and what the fees would be, and they said its their policy not to give that information over the phone. He would mail me something or I could read online. I asked for the supervisor and he said he was one. That's just ridiculous. If Chase doesn't trust their supervisors enough to parrot the basic requirements and information on their checking accounts then there is a huge fricking problem!
