- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can't trust anything they say. Just renewed my dogs license for 3 years and found out we were moving out of state so I've requested to have refund. They said once they process the payment, they don't refund the money. So if you are renewing the registration dor you dog, do 1 year at a time. You never know what's going to happen to your pet tomorrow and I'm just trying to save pet owners money. Due to delay in the mail they didn't received the payment when I wrote to them. They said they will close my account and if the check does happen to come, they'll mail it back. WHAT A LIE! They process the check and we don't even live here. Good thing I put a stop payment on the check. Even though I paid service fee it's better than paying people like this who does whatever they want with no regards to people.By Erin Chung, October 08, 2016
